How to get here?
Our address is :
PETRU SFETCA No.1  (former VIDRA), 300093,  Timisoara

Thing is, the name of the streets changed recently in our city. So the former name of our street is VIDRA, better known by the people from Timisoara. If you are coming from the Central Train Station, after crossing DECEBAL Bridge, go left on Nistrului Street ( former name GALATIULUI, better known as well; yep, new name too). Here you must turn right on the 3rd street. Don’t worry about not finding the vila, let the moustache guide you. If you are coming from the opposite direction ( the Airport ), then from DACIA Bridge we’re on the 2nd street on the left.

Useful maps
Tramline Bus Trolleybus

By Foot
If you are coming by foot, just follow the map above. After such a long journey you’ll probably be tired, so you’ll get a big glass of water or a tea – depending on the season.

By Bicycle
Pretty much the same as by foot …only faster! The map is also the same as before. Safe parking in our garage, next to our bicycles, is assured.

By Car
If you have a navigation system (GPS) then it is very easy. If Petru Sfetca is not recognised by your software, try typing in the old name: Vidra. If you do not have a GPS device, the easiest way is to configure a route from one of the sites: www.viamichelin.com or www.map24.com or any other you might know. Parking is available on the street.

By Train
If you are travelling by train to Timisoara then the best option would be to use the tramline just in front of the Central Train Station (Timisoara Nord). You must take Tram nr. 1 and get off at the 9th station named “3 August 1919″. The stations are pretty close to each other, so don’t get scared by the number of the stations, you’ll get in 9th heaven (at our hostel) in no-time (it takes around 20 minutes). From here you go to the left, to the right and again to the left and you are there. Or check the map, just in case.
If you want to come by Taxi , it is not very expensive (about 3-4 euros), but you must be careful, because some of the taxi drivers will try to rip you off, unfortunately. The ones just in front of the Station and the ones insisting to pick them are usually the bad ones. There is a taxi-station just across the street with ‘normal’ fee. Could also be useful to ask the price before (4 EUR is approximately 16 RON).

By Plane
You might be coming by plane as we have some cheap lowcost flights like “Wizzair” operating on our airport. From there you can come either by bus (with E4 and you should and get down at Piata Badea Cartan - 2 minutes away from us) or you can come by Taxi (around 5-7 EUR equivalent of  20-30 RON).
